All Remington Solar attic fans carry a life long warranty for parts only, not labor.  You must be the original owner to register your products using our Registration Link on our website. The warranty for our solar attic fans is also non-transferable. Warranty covers parts for manufacturer’s defects, such as motors, thermostats, solar panel, and housing. Warranty does not cover housing based on environmental factors like excessive exposure to salt air, hail, or excessive wind. NOTE: All electronic accessories such as the 110V adapter, Wi-Fi adapter, etc are warrantied for 12 months.

All products we offer through our website can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping.   We offer free exchange for defect products.

Amazon and eBay purchases

We do not warranty products purchased on eBay. There are NO authorized dealers for Remington Solar on eBay. If purchasing through Amazon, the seller must be Remington Solar, Inc. There have been counterfeit “Remington Solar” products sold on these platforms (such as copper coated anodes instead of pure copper). Therefore, you will need to contact your eBay or Amazon seller for refunds or returns if you purchased from an unauthorized seller.

Chlorine-Free Sun Shock

Sun Shock is guaranteed to work, but only with a 90-day warranty. You may return it for a refund within 90 days if there is a defect or if it is not working.

RETURNS

“Please carefully inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval, you may return it to Remington Solar, Inc within 10-days for a refund. Please be aware, that 14—21 day business turn around is required. Some Restrictions Apply. Shipping, handling, and C.O.D. charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned packages will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D.. Remington Solar Inc. is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping.

Important:

  1. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee unless it was due to manufacturing defect.
  2. Remington Solar Inc reserves the rights to refuse the returned merchandise under the following conditions.
  • Merchandise was received after the 10-day trial period without prior authorization. 10-day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier until the time that Remington Solar Inc receives the merchandise back at its facility.
  • The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, or show obvious sign of wear and tear
  • The merchandise shipped was not in its original package or improperly packaged.
  • The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by or for the customer.”
