The Remington Solar 60-Watt Ventilation Attic Fan is completely powered by free solar energy and look good doing it. with up to 2X the CFM of our popular 30W, the Remington Solar attic fans are a time-tested best seller primarily because of its reliability, fast airflow and value. These fans come with a pre-installed thermostat/humidistat combo. While getting heat out is the primary function, this fan will also get damaging moisture out of your attic during Winter months. Furthermore, these fans are compatible with the hybrid adapter which will allow your fan to run at night, as well as the Wi-Fi controller that will allow you to use your smartphone to manage your thermostat, humidity settings as well as turn your fan on and off. Note: Not all 110-Volt hybrid adapters are created the same. Ours is automatic which is very different than others on the market. Our low-profile award-winning design is more desirable than the high-profile competitors. Our stylish, powder coated steel, 60-Watt fan will effectively ventilate up to 4000 plus sq. per feet of attic space. Many other fans use brushed motors with a short lifespan. Our “Brushless” DC motor means “we run quiet and forever”. And our warranty backs it up. Brushless is more expensive, but worth it. Compare our cost to the cost of ripping your brushed fan off the roof in 5 years and replacing it. (But some of our competitors want to charge you more for “brushed” motors? Hmmmm.)
