These terms apply to the Remington Solar text message program. By opting in you agree to them.

Program description

Remington Solar sends two kinds of text messages. Homeowners who ask to be matched with a local installer receive a one time verification code, confirmation that the request was received, and a notice when a dealer accepts the job. Approved Remington Solar dealers receive alerts about jobs offered to them and reminders while an offer is open.

How to join

Homeowners join by entering a mobile number on our installer request form, checking the consent box, and confirming the one time code we text to that number. Dealers join from inside the password protected dealer portal. We never add a number without that action, and we do not buy, rent, or accept transferred phone lists.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your activity. A homeowner typically receives two to four messages for each request submitted. A dealer receives a message each time a job is offered.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Remington Solar does not charge for the messages themselves. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at dealers@remingtonsolar.com. Reply STOP at any time to leave the program. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Leaving the program does not cancel a job request already in progress, and we will follow up by email or phone instead.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on every network.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
