I have been interested in purchasing this for a couple of years but everytime I try it is out of stock EVERYWHERE. I’m beginning to think it doesn’t even exist. And I never see any information about when it will be availanle again. Is this even a real product ?

I have had my SolaMist for about a year now and I noticed this week it stopped working. I checked the amount of fluid in the system and it’s at about 25% capacity. So I was checking the screen to make sure the times are set correctly and I noticed the system is not powered up. I installed the direct current (removed the solar pannel) last summer. I checked the circuit and I have 110 volts coming out of the wall, no extension cord used. Anyone have any idea why or what might be the issue?

When do you expect the Solamist to be back in stock?

Will this be available again soon? Does it work for no see ums? We have a very good mosquito control here in the Florida keys, so mosquitoes are not a problem. I need this for the no see ums.

I am located on Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. Our biggest problem is spiders, both on the dock and on the deck around the house. Will this system control the spider population?
With our new concentrate, actually, yes.
The only reason they would be too short is if you accidentally cut them too short. The small sensor wires connect to the opposing 2 wires, doesn’t matter which one, just complete the circuit.

Hello! I am so very confused. We just got our solamist and though we were informed ahead of time it would no longer be wifi, I, for the life of me cannot find where to plug in the solar panel into the system with this new control panel. We have day mosquitos here so we need control fast! And we’re hosting a backyard birthday party the day after tomorrow 🙁 any help is much appreciated! Thank you!
Sorry for the confusion! Contact 214-257-8300 and a friendly support person will walk you through the process.
Where do you plug it in and got the 110 voltage but I can’t find the two prong plug in for the solar panel

Question about Solamist: How much extension tubing will one unit support if it’s maxed out?
Great question. Hydrodynamics dictate that you can use more tubing, but keep the nozzle maximum at 30. We do sell extra tubing by the foot. I wouldn’t suggest “hundreds of additional feet”, but you can certainly add additional tubing without changing the performance.
Just received my unit purchased online from SAMs Club. It did not come with a users manual?

What I didn’t tell you that your machine was off all summer and I had to fight my way through the no-seeums and mosquitoes to turn it on but after the battery charged and it sprayed, the bugs were gone. For the fist time in 5 yrs. we could sit on our patio and not get eaten alive. We have tried many things but your is the only thing that works.
Thanks

The day the Solamist arrived (super fast delivery – 2 days) I immediately wanted to set it up; because we had a huge mosquito problem last year. You could not sit outside with out being eaten up. So, I knew it was going to be bad again. I set up the system in about an hour. Super simple, just make sure you measure out the hose properly to spread out the nozzles evenly. I did not have a good place ground level, so I mounted the solar panel on the fence. Easily done by bending the brackets and drilling a hole through them for the mounting screws. Then I had to wait, as like any solar device it need four hours of sun for the initial charge. Next day, I filled it up and went to turn it on, but could not find the on switch to the control unit (right side of device). So I called the customer service and they pointed out that was the primary on/off switch, but stayed on the line with me while I walked through wireless and iPhone setup. This was super easy too. I love the overall design of the product, wireless and smart phone feature, but the greatest thing NO MORE MOSQUITOES. A must buy for the backyard.
Thank you, Adam, for the kind comments. We’re here to help. The network iPhone app is great, but it’s not a necessity. You can always manage your spray schedules directly on the controller.
