This replacement anode is for the FULL SIZE regular Chlorine-Free Sun Shock. (There is a smaller version which uses a SMALLER anode. Get the right one!)
Remington Solar Chemical-Free “Sun Shock” is our exciting new product for 2015. In about a year, you’ll need to replace your copper-alloy anode. NOTE: You can clean it by sliding the metal coils against the anode to remove the green flaky residue. Be sure to clean the coils as well, to maximize the life of your anode. But when the party’s over, it’s over…but start it again with a new anode. (Remington Solar’s anode cannot be interchanged with other products.)
