In the winter, this fan reduces the risk of ice-damming.

Our "Brushless" DC motor means "we run quiet and forever". And our warranty backs it up. Brushless is more expensive, but worth it. Compare our cost to the cost of ripping your brushed fan off the roof in 5 years and replacing it. (But some of our competitors want to charge you more for "brushed" motors? Hmmmm.)
